The marriage of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban has ended together after almost two decades.
Multiple points of sale confirmed that the actress and the country music star separated after 19 years of marriage, with sources that notice that they have been living apart since the beginning of the summer.
The couple was last publicly seen on June 20 in Nashville, where they attended a World Club Cup match in Geodis Park.
Kidman looked radiant in a sleeveless white flower dress while she smiled next to Urban, who kept it casual in a flannel shirt and torn jeans.
Although the two were grinning on each other, they have abandoned the show of public affection.
Only five days later, Kidman shared a warm anniversary post on Instagram.
By posting a black and white photo of herself hugging with Urban while holding a guitar, she just endors it: “Happy Anniversary Baby.”
But in August, Urban was remarkably absent in the summer highlights of Kidman, in which their daughters on Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. “Summer memories, now back to school,” wrote, she wrote at the time.
According to reports of Page sixUrban has moved through their parental home in Nashville and bought another real estate in the city, while Kidman took care of their children.
A source told TMZ That Kidman keeps “the family together because of this difficult time since Keith has disappeared.”
A separate source told Page six that the actress had hoped to prevent divorce.
“Sometimes relationships just walk their run,” the insider said, adding that Kidman “did not want the divorce and tried to save things.”
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, made the decision on 25 June 2006 and over the years became one of the most admired couples in Hollywood.
This marks the second controversial split of Kidman, because she was married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001. She shares two children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, Top gun star.
The divorce closes a long chapter for Kidman and Urban, whose nearly 20-year-old Union was filled with public impressions of love, red carpet appearances and a family life that they largely kept private.
