Dubai: Excitement became a Crescendo prior to the final of Pakistan – India Asia Cup 2025, whereby the organizers confirm that tickets for Sunday’s historical confrontation in Dubai International Cricket Stadium are officially sold out.
Organizers confirmed to Geo News that the location of 28,000 capacity is now ‘house full’, with fans picking up every chair in anticipation of the long -awaited collision.
Previous meetings between the arch rivals during the tournament had already drawn huge crowds-20,000 spectators for the group match on September 14 and 17,000 for the Super Four Clash on September 21.
However, the unprecedented demand for the final has surpassed all earlier competitions, whereby the unparalleled hype and excitement around the very first Asia Cup title decision maker between Pakistan and India are ever disturbed.
The green shirts set up a final against India after the past Bangladesh with 11 points in a super fours meeting on 25 September. The final will be the first time that the arch rivals will face each other in the history of the tournament.
The 2016 champions have defeated every opposition on their path before they are complicated in the final of the eight team tournament.
Pakistan was beaten twice, first in the group phase and then in Super Fours, by an India team with the world’s top fittings and bowler in the T20 format in open Abhishek Sharma and Spinner Varun Chakravarthy.
