Paris Jackson has again made serious allegations about the estate of her late father, Michael Jackson, in new legal documents.
Radaronline reported that the 27-year-old American model and actress has accused the administrators of poor management and lining their own pockets with Michael’s $789 million fortune.
An insider told the outlet that Paris has filed an appeal in Los Angeles Supreme Court, claiming that the estate’s co-executors John Branca and John McClain are taking “vast sums of cash.”
She also stated that they made themselves richer by spending millions on a group of lawyers with no clear records, instead of investing the King of Pop’s money in a lucrative business.
According to the document, Paris is increasingly concerned that the estate has become a vehicle for John Branca to enrich and glorify himself, rather than serving the interests of the beneficiaries and steadfastly preserving her father’s legacy.
The American horror stories star filed new documents. Just a few days later, a judge denied part of her earlier request, calling it “misguided,” in which she not only made accusations against the executor but also asked for a forensic review of how the estate money was spent.
The insider said: “The fact is that Paris Jackson’s lawyers have lost their latest case against the Estate and have been ordered to pay the Estate’s legal fees.”
“All beneficiaries are well taken care of by the Estate. This is a feeble attempt to change the narrative of their loss,” the source said.
