Veejay Floresca has proved to be the first transgender participant to claim the victory on the long-term competition series called Project job.
For The Unverted, the reality show has been implemented since 2004, aimed at talented fashion designers who present their skills while competing to win the much desired title to earn a chance to make a collection for the New York Fashion Week.
Veejay is already one of those participants who distinguish themselves from others. However, her time in the reality show stood out for various other reasons.
She became a central figure in a seasonal hose collision with twin designers Jesus and Antonio Estrada, consistently delivered striking creations that deserved a lot of praise.
In addition, Floresca also brought a mix of sharp fashion instincts and fascinating presence on the screen that kept viewers addicted.
The Filipino designer has long been a super fan of Project Runway And being part of season 21 felt like “perfect timing” for her, she said The Hollywood Reporter.
After years of audition without making the last cut, she refused to discourage rejection. Instead, those setbacks motivated her and eventually released the way to her groundbreaking victory.

With this great win, Veejay hopes to be remembered as Project Runways Former winner Christian Siriano, who is now a renowned American fashion designer.
