Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will be confronted with conviction after the court rejected his request for acquittal and a new trial on 30 September.

The former Hiphop mogul will be convicted of the two-prostitution-related charges on 3 October.

It is relevant to mention that Sean’s ex Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura asked a federal court in New York to consider “the many lives that Sean Combs has included with his abuse and control” in a letter submitted to the court.

The exhaust valve revealed that prosecutors asked Judge to order the former rapper for at least 11 years and three months in prison for at least 11 years and three months.

The Sean’s lawyers, however, only asked the judge for a new trial based on prostitution.

They claimed that he had been wrongly sued in the context of the Mann ACT for consensual sexual activity between adults.

The legal team of Sean, in a conviction memorandum, asked the judge “to conquer the rapper against no more than 14 months in prison” only a few months more than the time he had already served behind the bars in the metropolitan detention center of Brooklyn after his arrest in September 2024.

In the meantime, Sean, who is still left behind the prison, is said to be his first performance in a courtroom, since his trial ended in July.

For those who are not detected, the music mogul was “found guilty of transport to start prostitution”, but he was acquitted of racketeering and sex trade in the federal process.
