Selma Blair radiates resilience at Elle Women in Hollywood


Selma Blair opened up about her ongoing journey with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The Cruel intentions star was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease in 2018.

After years of dealing with the disease, she is now feeling much better.

During a candid conversation with Peoplethe 53-year-old revealed that she is returning to her former self.

“I’ve been relapse-free for a few years now and, you know, I keep getting my stamina back and traveling around and doing collaborations,” Blair said.

She further stated that her son, Arthur Saint Bleick, is her greatest source of joy.

“I think my joy will always come from my son,” she said with a smile, adding a playful joke: “I wish he felt the same way.”

Previously, Blair praised her 14-year-old for being a constant companion on her health journey.

“I’m really in awe of how brave and amazing he is, and he also takes good care of me when I need it sometimes,” she said at the time.

The Legally blonde alum revealed earlier this year that she wasn’t “truly relapse-free.”
