Snoop Dogg is coming forward to support his daughter Cori Broadus following the death of her 10-month-old daughter, Codi Dreaux.
On Saturday, January 31, on his Instagram, the 54-year-old American rapper and singer opened up about the death of his granddaughter, just a few hours after Codi publicly announced the tragic news.
Dogg posted a photo of himself with his 26-year-old daughter Cori and his sons, 31-year-old Corde and 28-year-old Cordell. His caption below his post consisted of just two emojis.
Cordell also reposted a family photo and paid tribute to his sister on his Instagram Stories: “Lil sis, we got you forever.”
For those who don’t know, Cori, the 26-year-old musical artist, informed her fans about the death of her 10-month-old daughter Codi on her Instagram Stories earlier on Sunday.
“On Monday I lost the love of my life. My Codi,” the grieving mother wrote alongside a black and white photo of herself holding her baby.
In December 2024, Cori and her fiancé, Wayne Duece, announced her pregnancy. However, in February 2025, she gave birth to a premature baby, as it was her sixth month of pregnancy when Codi was born.
“I cried and cried, I compared and compared, blaming myself for not being able to give her everything she needed… Thank you God for bringing me this far, regardless of the adversities that continually come my way,” Cori wrote.
