Brown and Harbor were expected to attend Stranger Things: Celebrating the Final Season at the Paley Center in New York City on Thursday, December 18, but they skipped the event for various reasons.
However, this move has been divisive even though the duo has previously brushed aside allegations of bullying with their joint appearance.
The spokesperson for the Enola Holmes actress stated, “Unfortunately, due to a recent injury, Millie can no longer attend the carpet or the discussion.”
For those who don’t know, Millie Bobby Brown has filed a formal complaint against David Harbor, alleging that he bullied her on the internet Stranger things set.
An insider said Brown “filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started filming last season,” noting that “there were pages and pages of allegations.” After this, Netflix started an investigation that lasted ‘months’.
But the rumors were debunked when the father-daughter duo appeared together on screen at the premiere of Stranger Things season 5.
Now, part 2 of Stranger things Season 5 releases on Christmas Day, while the grand finale premieres on New Year’s Eve.
