Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s highly anticipated wedding now reportedly has a confirmed location, which is already in the works.
The “American Royal Wedding” will take place at the pop superstar’s Rhode Island mansion, which she plans to transform into her teenage dream wedding venue.
The fate of Ophelia Hitmaker and her fiancé have reportedly set aside a whopping sum of $1.2 million just for estate preparation as they want a new blossoming garden at her New England mansion, according to The American sun.
The couple had apparently been eyeing Italy as their wedding destination, but they chose her home because of additional options.
While the soon-to-be spouses have maintained tight security to keep the wedding preparations a secret, the Gold Rush singer has reportedly opted for a floral theme with fresh red roses, hydrangeas, orchids and peonies, which are planted months in advance.
The insider noted: “She wants the whole party to feel like a wave of flowers, with arrangements of white, purple and pink orchids, plus blue, white and pink hydrangeas and peonies in shades of pink, white and red.”
The Grammy winner wants her “teenage dream of getting married in a sea of flowers” to come true on her big day, the source said.
While the lush floral arrangements and sea of flowers surrounding Swift and her husband-to-be paint a dreamy picture, there’s another reason why the wedding venue seems special.
The Anti-hero singer has always cherished her $17 million home, which was previously owned by famous socialite and celebrity Rebekah Harness, who also inspired her song: The last great American dynasty.
Swift has always been open about her admiration for the public figure, who was the talk of the town in her day, just as the Eras Tour artist is now.
Celebrating the start of the new phase of her life at the Rhode Island mansion seems like both a sentimental and practical decision.
