Sydney Sweeney, a megastar herself, says she is a big fan of hers The maid co-star Amanda Seyfried.
“I grew up a huge fan of Amanda’s, to the point that she memorized Mamma Mia!” she says EWadding that it was “a dream to experience it all up close and personal.”
After this, the actress thinks about working with her on the psychological thriller, in which she plays Millie, a maid, and Amanda, Nina, a troubled housewife.
“It was a treat to see her play such an unhinged character because I usually play the unhinged character,” the actress adds.
She continues, “I always looked at Millie as the eyes of the audience. And as the audience learns things, Millie learns too, which is very different for me because I’m usually the one who loses.”
“And so it was so fun to watch an actor come to life and bring it to life every time, doing something different every time. She completely killed it and she blew me away. It was so much fun,” Sydney concluded.
The maid plays in theaters.
