The 35-year-old pop superstar sparked hope and excitement among fans with her sudden public appearance in New York City, where the Espresso hitmaker, 26, will play her shows at Maddison Square Garden.
Social media users couldn’t contain their excitement since an X account tweeted, “An official insider has confirmed that Sabrina Carpenter will arrest Taylor Swift before”Juno‘ during her #NYCShortNSweet show today at Madison Square Garden!”
“The life of a showgirl duet live debut?!,” one fan mused, while another added: “that would be LIT.”
A third chimed in: “That would be SO cool!!”
However, Carpenter had another surprise for fans and she revealed Drew Barrymore as the special guest she arrested during her special Halloween show.
While some fans blasted the user for “posting lies,” others were still optimistic that all is not lost “tomorrow,” as one person wrote.
