Taylor Swift fans call ‘Folklore’ ‘best’ album after exciting news

Taylor Swift’s album Folklorehas joined the 11 billion streams club after Lover and Midnights, and Swifties couldn’t be happier.

The 35-year-old pop superstar released the lyrical masterpiece in 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic, and earned a special place in listeners’ hearts.

The fate of Ophelia hitmaker revealed that she was inspired by many books and characters to weave the story of her album, which she said was not entirely biographical.

The 14-time Grammy winner also credited her then-boyfriend Joe Alwyn on a number of songs on the album since they wrote it together.

The Love story singer marked a major turning point in Swift’s discography, as it marked a major break from her pop songs to the alternative rock sound of Folklore.

Even though it’s a pandemic album, Folklore didn’t get the regular press promotions, but Swift recorded special acoustic sessions for the album, the Long Pond Sessions.

The All too good singer later included her eighth studio album in the set list of her Eras Tour.

It should be noted that Folklore has also become one of the fastest albums to surpass 11 billion streams Lover And Midnights.
