Taylor Swift slams Justin Baldoni in explosive text messages, court filing reveals

Taylor Swift criticizes Justin Baldoni in explosive text messages, the court hearing shows

Taylor Swift’s text messages to Blake Lively about Justin Baldoni have been revealed in a new, unsealed lawsuit.

In the alleged text conversation that took place early on December 24, Swift reportedly called Baldoni a “b****” while supporting his girlfriend Lively that she would do “anything” for her.

“I think this motherfucker knows something’s gonna happen ’cause he got his little violin out,” Swift’s alleged text read in the court document showing some of the friends’ messages about Baldoni.

At a summary judgment hearing scheduled for Jan. 22, Lively’s attorneys said that while the “quoted language appears in the cited source,” it “does not support defendants’ contention” that Lively and Swift “privately discussed the upcoming New York Times article” reporting the legal battle on Dec. 21, 2024.

Meanwhile, Baldoni’s attorney alleged that in other messages, Lively asked Swift, who was reportedly on her way to her boyfriend while Baldoni was at her home, to support a revised version of her script “even without having read it.”

Swift reportedly responded, “I’ll do anything for you!!”

The Gossip girl alum reportedly responded, “I kept remembering things: you made up things about me and lenses. And called yourself my doll. This clown fell for everything. But also resisted it. You are the world’s absolute best friend ever.”

As previously reported, Lively and Swift had become estranged due to her legal battle, especially after Baldoni’s lawyers attempted to subpoena Swift in May 2025. August singer had distanced herself.

An official statement from her spokesperson at the time read: “Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this film, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or took notes on the film, she did not see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and traveled the world in 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history.”
