Teddi Mellencamp has shared a new health update amid her battle with stage four cancer.
During her last episode Two T’s in a Pod podcast, the 44-year-old TV personality revealed that she had started therapy to take care of her mental health.
“I started therapy and it took its toll on me,” she said. “I’ve learned that there are certain things… like it’s hard for me to touch and move.”
“I see that I am slower than before, and that is very frustrating for me. I want to be back as I was,” the first added. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
For those unfamiliar, Teddi was diagnosed with brain cancer in February 2025 and underwent surgery to remove tumors shortly after.
“I think [medications and immunotherapy] take a toll on my body, and I don’t think I really processed all the things that happened during the surgery,” the TV star said on Tuesday. We weekly.
“From my divorce, to suddenly having to have emergency surgery, to not being able to see my children while I was recovering, I think all of these things are finally starting to dawn on me,” she recalls.
In October 2025, Teddi announced that she was “cancer free” as her cancer became undetectable after months of treatment.
