Kayla Nicole has once again shut down rumors of her split from Travis Kelce’s fiancée Taylor Swift after the Halloween costume suit took the internet by storm.
The 34-year-old sportscaster offered the 35-year-old pop superstar an olive branch as she made it clear she’s not in the business of “tearing down other women.”
The social media influencer claimed she only planned to honor the singer, Toni Braxton, by recreating her 1990s outfit. He wasn’t man enough music video during her last episode Pre game podcast.
“Halloween for me is a chance to not be myself and dress up as someone I admire, someone I’m a fan of, someone I think is the chef’s kiss,” Nicole said during the episode.
The media personality, who dated the Kansas City Chiefs on and off from 2017 to 2022, claimed that those who criticized her online were “trying to[ing] to project their own stories” about the feud between Swift and herself.
“Every year I try to take it a step higher. Every year I try to raise the bar. I try to be the Heidi Klum of Halloween, but in terms of performance,” Nicole said.
Possibly referring to a desire to make peace with the Opalite hitmaker, the model referenced Braxton’s music video and said people would be surprised by the ending, which saw the main character and her cheating ex-husband’s new wife take on him.
“Clock that. Clock that, honey,” Nicole said.
This comes after the podcast host deleted her X account following scathing criticism after her old tweets resurfaced.
