Vanessa Kirby’s fiancé Paul Rabil has finally confirmed the birth of their first baby via a social media post.
The Crown star and former professional footballer, who have become parents for the first time, have given a glimpse into their private lives as the couple navigates the early days of parenting their first child.
Interestingly, the American sports star reflected on the joyful chapter of his life when he became a father in a series of photos shared to Instagram on October 19.
One of the images showed Vanessa lying on her stomach on a bed, her gaze tenderly focused on their newborn baby lying in front of her.
Another photo showed Paul cradling the child in a soft blue blanket, while a close-up showed the baby’s tiny feet.
The final photo showed two lacrosse sticks – one full-size and one junior – nodding to the baby’s sporting heritage.
“I’m learning that getting older slows you down and wakes you up at the same time,” the 39-year-old wrote in a heartwarming caption.
Vanessa’s fiancée expressed his happiness, saying, “I am very grateful for everyone’s health, that I get to wake up every day with my mother’s immense love, and that we can now have you in our lives.”
“For your first crib stick. There will be lots of stories and blessings in it. Probably broken windows too. Balls are allowed in the house,” Paul finally joked.
It is pertinent to mention that the couple has not yet revealed the name or gender of the baby.
Meanwhile, the Napoleon actress announced her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump during a Fantastic Four photo call in June.
