Paris Jackson is reportedly changing the way she views the claims against her late father, Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson faced multiple allegations of sexual abuse involving minors over the years, although he denied all claims and was acquitted in a criminal trial in 2005.
Paris had previously rejected these accusations and defended her father. However, new reports claim that she is now reconsidering her position after spending time with people involved in the case.
“Paris has kept in touch with the Cascio family and is especially close to their mother Connie,” a source said The Daily Mail.
“There have been some very candid conversations between Paris and the Cascio family over the years and based on that Paris knows exactly what her father did.”
Sources say she has had private conversations over the years and could speak about it publicly in the future. “This will officially come out from Paris in time, but it will come out when Paris wants it to come out,” the insider added.
It is pertinent to mention that she herself has not confirmed this. However, she has also distanced herself from the upcoming biopic about her father, saying she disagreed with parts of the script.
“I read one of the first drafts of the script and gave my notes on what was unfair/didn’t sit well with me, and when they didn’t address that, I moved on with my life. Not my monkeys, not my circus. God bless and God bless you,” she posted on social media.
She elaborated on her comments further on Instagram. “So I just quit and left it alone because it’s not my project. They’re going to make whatever they’re going to make.”
“A big reason why I haven’t said anything until now is because I know a lot of you (the fans) will be happy about it.
