Will Smith and Chris Rock unforgettable moment

At the 94th Academy Awards on March 22, comedian Chris Rock took the stage to present the award for Best Documentary Feature.

While joking with the audience, he made a comment about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, saying, “Jada, I love you. GI Jane 2, I can’t wait to see you.”

The reference would be her shaved head due to alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss.

Smith became upset with the comment, which led to him walking on stage and punching Rock in the face and returning to his seat while shouting, “Keep my wife’s name out of your damn mouth!”

Following the incident, Smith publicly apologized to Rock the next day and was subsequently banned from the Oscars for ten years.
