Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested again.
According to PEOPLE magazine, prison records state that the Home improvement alum was taken into custody in Eugene, Oregon, for allegedly violating his probation due to his previous domestic violence conviction.
Bryan is currently being held in the Lane County Jail without bail and is expected to be released on Wednesday.
The actor’s fiancée, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was also arrested and booked into the same jail on five charges, including one charge of driving under the influence, three charges of reckless endangerment and one charge of attempted first-degree assault, jail records show. Cartwright also remains in custody.
Bryan’s last arrest occurred in January. At the time, the actor was charged with second-degree domestic violence by Myrtle Beach, South Carolina police.
From an official report obtained by PEOPLE magazine, the arresting officer said that a woman involved in the incident “stated that she was assaulted” by Bryan, and that the two “live together and have children in common.”
The woman told the officer that Bryan “choked her and punched her in the face multiple times” and that “others” were involved who “were in the home during the incident.”
In 2024, Bryan was arrested twice on drunk driving charges, the first in February and the second in October.
A year earlier, Bryan was charged with fourth-degree assault, third-degree robbery and harassment.
