Zara Larsson Breaks the Silence as She Replaces Camila Cabello of ‘Fifth Harmony’ with Four Blunt Words

Zara Larsson recently opened up and shared that she was approached by Fifth Harmony to replace Camila Cabello.

For those who don’t know, Fifth Harmony, an all-girl music band often known as 5H, was formed on the reality TV show The X Factor in 2012. The band consisted of five vocalists: Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Normani.

The group’s most important albums include those from 2013 Better together, 2015 Reflection2016 7/27and that of 2017 Fifth Harmony.

In her recent interview on the Spotify Live Room, Larsson clearly stated that she had not been offered to be part of Fifth Harmony.

She further clarified that she will not be part of the now defunct group.

The Swedish singer and songwriter said: “Oh no. I don’t do groups. I would never be in a group.”

Larsson is “a big fan of girl groups” and she loves them, adding, “And I also like that I feel like the girl groups are coming back in a big way.”

In particular the Opulent life singer will become a ‘front center’ like Beyoncé if she ever decides to join a girl group.

“I love a girl group. I just couldn’t handle not singing the lead all the time,” she joked.

It is pertinent to mention that Zara Larsson toured with Fifth Harmony in 2014 as the opening act of Cher Lloyd’s I Wish Tour.
