Jesy Nelson has just revealed her car was stolen from her driveway and now she is pleading with her fans to help locate the £100,000 vehicle.

The former Little Mix star revealed in January that her twins Ocean and Story had been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a progressive condition that weakens muscles over time.

Jesy’s nine-month-old daughters have been diagnosed with type 1, the most serious form. Those with type 1 may have a life expectancy of less than two years without treatment.

The Sweet melody The singer took to Instagram and wrote: “My car was stolen from my driveway early this morning. If anyone sees a black Defender Reg plate JJ73SSY please dm me or contact the police if any of you have seen or know any information.”

Jesy revealed the tragic part of the theft, writing: “I have so much of my girls’ hospital equipment in the car that is really needed.”

‘Was stolen in Brentwood Essex,’ she added.

Jesy has explained that she has decided to continue filming her Prime Video series, despite being told her daughters may not live past the age of two. The singer wants to raise awareness of the condition SMA and ‘bring about a change’.

She said in a Q&A: “I just hope people stay tuned to the next part of the journey. When the girls got their diagnosis, we decided we wanted to continue filming.”

“As hard as it was, we were like, ‘You know what? There’s a reason why you guys are here, and we have to make the best of this situation,'” Jesy Nelson said at the time, explaining how she looked at the positive side of the situation.
