Hailey Bieber is opening up about her decision to put off Botox, at least for now.
The 28-year-old founder of Rhode Skin revealed that while she is not against cosmetic procedures, she has made a personal commitment to postpone them until she is older.
“I promised myself I wouldn’t do Botox until I was in my 30s,” Hailey said on the episode In your dreams with Owen Thiele. “When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.”
However, the model – who shares 14-month-old son Jack Blues Bieber with husband Justin Bieber – admitted she has made one exception for medical reasons.
She explained that she uses Botox injections in her jaw to help treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, a condition known for causing chronic jaw tension and pain.
The Cleveland Clinic recognizes Botox as a treatment option for this problem.
When it comes to using Botox for beauty, Hailey noted that she is influenced by her mother, Kennya Baldwin, who takes an all-natural approach. “My mom doesn’t have Botox,” Hailey said. “My mom doesn’t do anything with her skin and she looks crazy.”
Instead, Hailey relies on a consistent skincare routine and selects treatments that feel natural. She is a fan of laser therapies and regenerative options such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), both derived from the patient’s own blood.
“I like to do things that I can trust come from your own body,” she explained. “I’m just consistent with things like that. I do that a few times a year.”
Her dedication to skin care has clearly paid off. In May, Hailey sold her Rhode Skin company to elf Beauty in a historic $1 billion deal. Yet she remains grounded in her growing success.
