Kylie Kelce revealed a strict rule for her children to avoid swearing.
On the latest episode of her husband, Jason Kelce, and his brother’s podcast, New heightsthe mother of four made a special holiday appearance.
During the conversation, Kylie spoke openly about the punishment she gives her daughter when she swears.
“If our kids say something they’re not supposed to say right now, it’s soap in your mouth,” Kylie revealed.
The proud mother, who also hosts her own podcast, titled I’m not gonna lie remembered that her eldest daughter had experimented with some bad words and quickly regretted it
“To be fair, the Wyatt Test has used the word b**** a few times,” she shared, noting that Wyatt used the word correctly during a minor argument at home.
“The only time I can remember, she used it in context, which wasn’t difficult. Ellie was in the house and Wyatt closed the front door, and she went, b****. And closed it really slowly and said it at the same time.”
Kylie said Wyatt immediately realized she had made a mistake: “As soon as I opened the door, she said, ‘Sorry.’ And immediate buyer’s remorse. Immediately. She knew what was coming. It was a bar of soap.”
The doting mom added that she didn’t punish Wyatt that time because she immediately apologized. However, she made it clear that her daughter knows she means what she says.
She further noted her parenting rule, saying, “You can’t make empty threats. That’s what you can’t do.’
