Taylor Swift recently made a surprising decision to deal with her years of insecurity.
The Opal crooner has always been criticized for her dancing and that is why she hired an expert choreographer, Mandy Moore, to help her learn this skill.
Mandy told me The New York Times“Taylor had been getting a bad rap about her dancing for a long time, so it was really in her head.”
That’s why the choreographer pointed out that they “shifted the focus to how movement was already manifesting in her body – the way she naturally wanted to move.”
Then Mandy revealed, “We refined that, ‘Okay, that looks a little weird with your shoulders,’ or, ‘Let’s stretch your knee here.'”
Elsewhere in the interview, the expert expressed her admiration for the singer’s tenacity.
“She works so hard. No matter what I put down, she picked it up,” Mandy continued.
The choreographer went on to say that Taylor is “very clear about what she wants, what I love. I find that I can’t create unless I have some parameters.”
“The ‘do whatever you want’ thing just feels like chaos to me,” Mandy added.
Meanwhile, the singer will release a docuseries about her Eras Tour on December 12, which will premiere on Disney+.
On the same day, it is revealed that a new concert film will also be released, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Final Show.
