Kylie Jenner officially steps onto the music scene with her pop debut, embracing a full-fledged return to her iconic ‘King Kylie’ era.

On October 13, Jenner released a video featuring her verse from the new pop song Fourth strike on her official YouTube channel.

The sultry electro-pop collaboration with Los Angeles duo Terror Jr. marks a bold new chapter for the beauty mogul and media personality.

Earlier that same day, Jenner teased the song’s release by sharing the album cover on Instagram, which immediately sparked buzz on social media.

The song delivers a smooth, seductive beat that nods to early 2010s glam pop, with Jenner whispering “King Kylie” – a clear reference to her 2014 persona, known for her vibrant hair colors, heavy glamor and unapologetic confidence.

Fourth Strike opens with two verses from Terror Jr., composed by Felix Snow and David “Campa” Benjamin Singer-Vine, before Jenner begins the third verse with her signature deep voice in a breathy, spoken performance.

“Once, twice, let me find the right mood,” she purrs, “I just want to tell you I’m sorry.” The verse continues, “Write your name all over my body. Cross the line, maybe I’ll do it again / Do it on purpose, just to see how it ends.”

The Kylie cosmetics mogul has long been speculated to be connected to Terror Jr., dating back to 2016 when the group released ‘Three Strikes’.

Fans theorized that Jenner was secretly the band’s lead singer — rumors she publicly denied on Snapchat at the time.

However, she reignited the speculation by posting a video with the caption Shine part 2 to Snapchat, following on from her 2016 Kylie Cosmetics promo video.

The return of her ‘King Kylie’ persona ties in with her upcoming Kylie Cosmetics collection inspired by that aesthetic, launching on October 18.

Jenner even stepped out on October 11 in a look reminiscent of her bold 2014 style.
