Taylor’s legal team “describes it as an ironclad prenuptial agreement because it leaves out nothing,” including her music rights, trademarks, properties, investments and creative control.
“The singer has seen other stars lose fortunes in complicated splits. For her, it’s about being practical, not pessimistic,” an insider explains.
Nevertheless, legal experts believe that the “negotiations could take months and could hinder the couple’s wedding plans.”

Meanwhile, some insiders add that Taylor’s prenup even allows her to continue writing songs about her relationship with Travis “without the risk of being sued for defamation.”
