Homer James Jigme Gere, Richard Gere’s son, talked about the “great” lesson he learned from his father.

The father-son duo attended the premiere of Euphoria season 3, true Entertainment tonight caught them for a quick chat.

Homer, who plays a new character named Dylan Reid Euphoria Season 3, was asked to give a piece of advice that Richard gave him, which he said his father “gives great advice.”

The 26-year-old actor added: “It doesn’t necessarily have to do with the craft, but more to do with how you conduct yourself, how you make this work in a positive way.”

Homer shed light on his relationship with Richard, revealing that he has a close bond with his father, which can be guessed by the fact that he calls him “every day.”

“It’s great to have a sounding board like that all the time,” he said.

This comes especially after the 76-year-old American actor had a conversation PEOPLE magazine at the City Harvest Presents The 2025 Gala in New York City, where he discussed his relationship with his eldest son, Homer, whom he shares with his ex-wife Carey Lowell.

“I always enjoy being with my son. When we walk in the woods, when we do something good for other people here, I am always happy to see him,” he said at the time.

It is pertinent to mention that besides Homer, Richard Gere has two more sons, Alexander, 7, and James, 6, whom he welcomed with his current wife Alejandra Silva.
