Katie Price has made her first public appearance since her ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, was charged with serious crimes: three counts of ra** and one count of sexually assaulting a girl when she was just 13.
Personal trainer Hayler, 38, is said to have committed the offenses at the time when he was married to the former glamor model, 47.
The alleged crimes are said to have taken place between June and October 16.
For context, the couple married in 2013 and they share two children. They divorced in 2018.
It has been reported that the alleged victim is not a member of Katie or Kieran’s families.
In the wake of the shocking news, Katie was spotted with a male colleague as she headed to the next show of her tour with Kerry Katona on Tuesday.
The mother-of-five was seen driving her Range Rover as she arrived in Northampton.
Her appearances come amid speculation that she may be called to testify in court following the indictment’s announcement.
A source from the Crown Prosecution Service has been quoted by The sun as follows: “Katie may very well be called into court to testify.
“She was married to Kieran when these offenses allegedly occurred. It wouldn’t be a surprise if she was drafted.”
Family and friends are made aware that they may be asked to speak out and stand up in court or in a lawsuit if necessary. “It’s part of the judicial process, it’s imperative that the truth is heard.”
Meanwhile, Hayler was seen before Katie appeared, dressed casually as he made his way from his car in a car park to a train station.
Former stripper Hayler is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
