Foo Fighters is ready to hit the road again!
On Thursday, October 23, the band announced their 2026 Take Cover Tourwhich will see them headline stadiums across North America. But they won’t be alone; joining them on select dates are Queens of the Stone Age, Mannequin Pussy and Gouge Away.
Featuring a total of twelve shows, the summer trek kicks off in August in Philadelphia and runs through September, with the final show at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It will be the band’s most extensive tour since frontman Dave Grohl suffered a vocal injury after the band’s performance in 2024. All or Nothing Tour.
“Since our return to the stage in San Luis Obispo five weeks ago, we’ve been reminded why we love and are forever committed to this Foo Fighters thing,” Grohl, 56, said in a press statement. He added that the band has reconnected with fans as they “attack them with everything we have (regardless of venue size) because we wouldn’t be here without them.”
The announcement follows the release of two new singles, July’s Today’s song and that of October Asking for a friend. While the band hasn’t confirmed whether a new album is on the way, Grohl did tease it Asking for a friend is “one of many songs to come.”
