Jennifer Aniston turned heads when she stepped onto the red carpet ELLE’s Women in Hollywood 2025.
The Friends star attended the event as an honorary member, to reflect on her journey and growth in her career.
The Morning Show star stepped out in a vintage statement, sparkly black halter dress from Ralph Lauren, adorned with rings and a bracelet.
She left her hair down with a center parting and natural makeup, including bold brows, lightly lined eyes and a nude lip.

The look made waves on the internet, with fans on X (formerly Twitter) swooning over the look.
“I’m out of breath??? SHE’S SO QUEEN!” wrote one.

During the event, Aniston took the stage to speak about her long career to date, sharing, “That’s what keeps me showing up every day. It’s the friendships and the shared belief that storytelling still matters.”
She continued: “That baring our souls and creators still matters, something that AI will never be able to duplicate, no matter how ‘smart’ it becomes.”

ELLE Woman in Hollywood started in 1994 as a special annual event created by ELLE magazine to celebrate the achievements of women in the film and television industries.
The 2025 event took place on November 17 at the Four Season Hotel in Los Angeles.
