Drew Barrymore proudly shows off the signs of aging on her face as she approaches her 51st birthday.
Drew, the talk show host who was in front of the camera at a young age after starting her acting career, is now all set to enter a new chapter of her life.
Drew took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to share a reflective message about aging with her followers.
In the candid post, she posted a video of her bare face, without makeup, as she proudly showed off her fine lines.
“Becoming a parent is a privilege,” she declared.
Drew went on to write about the video that getting older is nothing to worry about. She wrote: “It’s not something to be afraid of.”
In the clip, which Drew apparently filmed in her bathroom, she zoomed in with the camera to show the lines around her mouth, forehead and eyes.
Fans rushed to the comments section to admire Drew’s bold move, with one commenting that she looks “NATURALLY N ORGANICALLY BEAUTIFUL”!
Drew has spoken out about aging, discussing small lines on her face on her talk show earlier this year.
A fan in the audience asked Drew her “secret to aging gracefully and being so comfortable in your own skin.”
To which Drew replied, she “didn’t do anything” and she doesn’t plan on having a procedure.
“I haven’t done anything and I want to try to keep it that way,” she told her fans at the time.
