Jessica Alba celebrates son Hayes’ new journey around the sun.
The Fantastic four The star took to her Instagram account on Jan. 1 to celebrate her “sweet, smart, fun, (and) hilarious” son Hayes’ eighth birthday.
In the celebratory post, the doting mom posted a sweet video of Hayes in honor of his special day.
Alba, who is set for Gorillaz’s ‘Feel Good Inc’, began: ‘My Hayesie, my sweet, smart, fun, hilarious Hayes. Wow – 8 years ago, early in the morning on NYE, you arrived. Time has flown by and yet he has dwelt on so many beautiful moments with you.’
“Watching you grow into the coolest little guy ever has been one of the greatest experiences of my life,” the proud mom continued.
She then spoke about Hayes’ athletic abilities in sports such as “tennis court, golf course, soccer field and handball court,” adding, “You take pride in being kind and doing well, which makes my heart flutter.” I love your quick wit with your sisters, your competitive nature – regularly kicking my ass at UNO – and your desire to always play and have fun.”
The mother of three further commented, “I love that you are bilingual and have so much compassion and empathy for anyone who feels different in any way. I have admired the way you have entered this year with such courage, never allowing the unknown to consume or paralyze you, but being courageous in the face of so many new changes.”
“I am extremely proud of you and love you in this life and all lives forever. Happy birthday, my little boy! Mommy,” the proud mother concluded.
It is pertinent to mention that Alba shares Hayes and daughters, Honor and Haven, with estranged husband Cash Warren.
