It is reported that Zachary Levi is preparing to enter the realm of power.
Radaronline reported that the 45-year-old American actor is considering building his future in politics because he enjoys playing spiritually driven roles, but Hollywood only makes faith-based films when the profits are huge.
This inconsistency convinced him to look for other options to further his career, so he thought about entering politics.
An insider told the outlet, “Zach doesn’t say he’s running from anything. But if you really listen to him — the way he talks about courage, conviction and hope — it sounds like someone is building more than just an acting resume.”
One of Levi’s friends in particular has denied rumors that he has no political plans; However, a studio exec said, “He reads the room. And he knows exactly who is responding to his message.”
Another well-placed Hollywood insider said: “He creates an outsider persona: inspiring, disruptive, principled.”
“It’s the kind of brand that politicians dream about. Whether he uses it that way is the real question,” she added.
For those who don’t know, Levi’s portrayal of Chuck Bartowski in the action-comedy series Chuck from 2007 to 2012 earned him widespread recognition.
He later played the role of the titular character Wizard Shazam in the 2019 superhero film Shazam! and the 2023 sequel.
Zachary Levi’s latest project is Sarah’s oil, a 2025 American biographical drama film about Sarah Rector, in which he played the role of Bert Smith.
