Court orders permanent restraining order against Britney Spears’ stalker

Britney Spears, a famous pop star, has been granted what she wanted from the court against her longtime alleged stalker: a permanent restraining order.

Court documents identify the person as Donald, a 51-year-old who has been harassing her on social media since 2013 – according to the musician’s claims.

According to TMZhe is instructed to stay 100 meters away from the Toxic hitmaker. This protection applies until 2030

Donald’s online posts about the Grammy winner were “largely incoherent, several could be interpreted as a threat to her,” according to her team.

These messages prompted her team to say they feared for the mother-of-two’s safety, prompting them to go to court in the first place.

In addition to cyberbullying, he was also arrested in 2025 for trespassing on Spears’ LA property after his security guards spotted him.

Additionally, Spears said in the court documents that she did not know Donald and had no relationship with him.

But what stands out is the background of the person. The documents note he has a “long and troubling criminal history,” including convictions for criminal trespass and aggravated assault in 2019.

He was also previously charged with burglary and intimidation, and faced legal charges of drunk driving and cyberstalking.
