Britney Spears is going after one of her ex-bodyguards, Thomas Bunbury, as she claims he hacked into both her personal devices and Apple iCloud account.
According to TMZThe singer’s lawyer took immediate action and sent a cease and desist letter to the guard last month.
Spears claims that Bunbury accessed her devices and iCloud account without her consent or permission, and further accuses him of violating multiple state and federal laws and threatens to report him to authorities and face prosecution.
The Toxic hitmaker asked Bunbury to delete any copies he may have made and asked if he had shared any photos, files or documents.
Sources had announced this TMZ that Bunbury was fired in August after allegedly breaching his non-disclosure agreement by communicating with fans and media outlets.

On Sunday, the star was seen in public for the first time since her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs in Newbury Park, California earlier this month.

The recent photo of the Grammy-winning singer, who was arrested on the evening of March 4, was originally posted on the BritneysVault fan page.
California Highway Patrol officials said Britney was released from the Ventura County Jail after the incident.
Before her DUI arrest, Britney left her fanbase concerned with a disturbing Instagram update that showed her sloppily dancing around her home, even suffering from a nip slip while wearing a low-cut purple leotard.
Currently, after the release of the Criminal crooner, authorities are still awaiting the results of other chemical tests and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
The DUI incident began when a person reported an erratic driver in a black BMW 430i on the highway surrounding the area bordering Ventura County and Los Angeles County, officials said.
Prosecutors with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office have not yet announced whether Britney will be charged in connection with the arrest.
A trial has been scheduled for May 4 to address the matter, with the singer expected to attend.

He assured that Britney Spears “will take the right steps and comply with the law,” her rep said, expressing the wish that the legal violation would be a wake-up call for Spears.”
