Kate Perry is currently facing the possibility of legal action as a police investigation is launched against her, also due to Ruby Rose who made allegations against the singer a day ago, calling her out for an incident of sexual assault that the Fireworks singer allegedly perpetuated against her almost fifteen years earlier.
This allegation allegedly occurred in Melbourne in 2010, and according to TMZ, “the incident occurred at a licensed premises in the Central Business District.”
After filing the case, she turned to Threads and wrote that she cannot comment because the case is still ongoing.
However, her original revelations revealed the details of this alleged attack in detail. According to Rose Perry, “her disgusting f*** rubbed my face” during their night out at a nightclub in Australia. This is said to have caused her to vomit during the attack itself.
However, Perry has since denied all of this through her rep who spoke to the same outlet and revealed: “the accusations being spread on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous, reckless lies.”
“Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public accusations on social media against various individuals, claims that have been repeatedly denied by the said individuals.”
