Millie bobby brown gave fans a glimpse into the highly anticipated final season of Stranger things during Netflix’s special event in Hollywood.
The 20-year-old actress revealed she was “channeling her inner Tom Cruise” as she prepared for the final chapter of the show, which she promised would be packed with exciting action and emotion.
Speaking to her co-stars Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo and Jamie Campbell Bower, as well as creators Ross and Matt Duffer, Brown said the experience felt like the end of a long journey.
“I feel like the Duffers trained me for this,” she explained.
“It’s been really exciting to be more of a resource this season, not only because of Eleven’s powers, but also because of the physical training and discipline I’ve put on myself.”
The mother-of-one further teased that part one of the final season would be just the beginning of what’s to come, hinting at emotional twists and intense battles.
Schnapp joked about his character Will’s ongoing struggles, saying, “I like it when I can laugh on the show,” while the Duffers playfully added that if there was a season six, “we’d probably have written it out by now.”
The show’s creators also confirmed that Terminator legend Linda Hamilton was joining the cast, calling her a perfect fit for the action-packed story.
However, they revealed that child actress Nell Fisher will also appear to bring back the magic of season one.
For the unversed: the last season of Stranger things will premiere on Netflix in three parts, arriving on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2025.
