Kourtney Kardashian revealed at the Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) Beauty Inc Awards in New York on Tuesday that she is still breastfeeding her two-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen.
The 46-year-old reality star took part in a panel titled ‘Lemme Lead: Redefining Wellness & Access’ on WWD’s The Catalysts, where she presented her wellness brand Lemme with co-founder Simom Huck.
Kardashian, who shares Rocky, born November 2023, with her husband, rocker Travis Barker, 50, spoke candidly about breastfeeding as she discussed how she maintains her energy as a busy mother of four.
When WWD moderator Jenny B. Fine asked her about the source of her vitality, Kardashian, who recently sparked pregnancy rumors, explained her wellness regimen and shared insights on balancing motherhood with her professional obligations.
‘How do I get my energy? To be honest, I have no idea. I wonder. I don’t drink alcohol. I’m breastfeeding.’
Huck, 42, added: “You were a matcha girl before.”
The Kardashians star, who looked stunning in a white suit at the event, then replied: ‘I can’t wait to have matcha again.’
‘It’s a choice. Technically I could have it, I guess while breastfeeding, but it just became a choice.”
The mother of four, who was joined on the panel by Lemme co-founder Simon Huck, also said she avoids coffee. Kardashian also has three children: Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10, with ex-partner Scott Disick.
