Emma Roberts shares how the challenges of motherhood have shaped her.
In a recent conversation with Harper’s Bazaar Spainthe 34-year-old star spoke candidly about how becoming a mother to her son Rhodes has changed her in both personal and professional life.
“Motherhood has given me so much depth in my emotions and understanding, both personally and professionally. Seeing everything through his eyes is beautiful and changes your view of the world,” she began.
The Shout queens star continued: “I also find it inspiring for my work. I had some dark nights after giving birth. It’s interesting to use those emotions creatively.”
“My son is about to turn five and I feel like I’m still discovering who I am, as a person and as a mother. I try to do my best, although it doesn’t always work out, but I try.” The American horror story actress added.
It is pertinent to mention that Roberts welcomed Rhodes with ex Garrett Hedlund in December 2020. However, after Rhodes’ first birthday, Roberts and Hedlund broke up.
Now Roberts is engaged to new partner Cody John.
