Mark Ruffalo makes strong political comments against ‘system’

Mark Ruffalo speaks out against ICE: ‘Be good’

Mark Ruffalo wasn’t afraid to speak out for the causes he believes in. The last example he gave was during his performance at the 2026 Golden Globes.

In the wake of controversies surrounding ICE or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, he discusses them by first wearing a pin that reads “Be Good” in honor of Renee Nicole Good, a Minnesota mother whose death sparked widespread criticism of the authority.

While the Hulk star criticizes the current US administration for its decision during his red carpet chat, he says: “It’s so hard to pretend anymore.”

“I’m not feeling too good. We have a woman, Renee Good, who was murdered last week,” he continues. “I don’t know if I can pretend these crazy things don’t happen.”

The Academy-nominated actor also slams JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, for “lying about what’s happening.”

Furthermore, Mark slammed US President Donald Trump for his decision, which the actor described as an “illegal invasion” of Venezuela.

“We are in the middle of a war with Venezuela that we illegally invaded. [Trump] tells the world that international law doesn’t matter to him. The only thing that matters to him is his own morality,” he says, referring to his comments in a recent interview.

In addition, Mark was nominated in the Best Actor – Drama category for his performance in Task. However, he lost to Noah Wyle.
