Sabrina Carpenter led to a recoil after confirming her Grand Ole Opry Debut following SNL Hosting -debut and Coachella 2026 Headliner News.
On Friday, September 19, Opy announced that the double Grammy Award winner on the largest stage of the Country Music will perform on the occasion of the 100 -year anniversary of the location on October 7.
However, the coming performance of the pop singer in the house of legendary country stars has raised eyebrows among the dedicated fans.
“Okay, love her so much, but why is she at the upy [laughing emoji]”A user asked.
“I see the vision 100%. She absolutely influences country in her music” The best friend of man.
A third user looked up: “The Grand Ole Opy is good and really disappeared, this is a shame for country music, and for the big institution that the OPY ever was.”
In the meantime, a fourth supporter explained that taking a non-national singer is actually a smart way to promote the genre into a wider audience and not something to be upset.
“There are many non-national artists who respect De Opry and the desire to play there as a kind of ‘bucket list’ item during their career,” they continued, “there is nothing wrong with making these artists come and make their debut.”
“Also allowing super famous people such as Sabrina Carpenter helps to expand the reach of De Opry and introduces it to a younger generation that may not be familiar with it,” the user of social media added.
Earlier this year, Carpenter collaborated with UPY -supporting Pilaar on the new Country -Take of Hit Single Please please For the Deluxe edition of her sixth album Short n ‘sweet.
