Taylor Frankie Paul’s legal dispute with ex Dakota Mortensen is taking a major turn

Taylor Frankis Paul will not face domestic violence charges in her ongoing legal situation involving her ex, Dakota Mortensen.

The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office officially cleared “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star of all charges on Tuesday.

As reported by TermDistrict Attorney Sim Gill’s office released a statement saying, “After reviewing reports and evidence submitted to the Draper Police Department and the West Jordan Police Department, the Salt Lake County Prosecutor’s Office has declined to file charges against Taylor Frankie Paul.”

Taylor and Dakota have battled over domestic violence allegations against each other, causing them to lose multiple television projects.

Production on Taylor’s reality series was temporarily halted and ABC canceled the new season of “The Bachelorette,” which was set to debut in March. While Dakota’s storyline in Vanderpump Villa was removed after the controversy.

The situation between the former couple escalated in late February when allegations surfaced from both sides.

Later, a 2023 video of Taylor throwing chairs at Dakota further drew public attention.

Now the case has been closed by the Public Prosecution Service without filing charges against Taylor Frankie Paul, despite public scrutiny.
