Phil Dunster, best known for his role as Jamie Tartt Ted Lassohas given an exciting update about the upcoming fourth season of the series.
In a new interview with Radiothe 33-year-old actor expressed his excitement for the new installment, though he humorously admitted that he may not return.
“I guess they didn’t ask you back,” the host said.
To which Phil joked: “Can you believe it?”
“I’m really excited that it’s happening; that it’s coming out and that it’s recorded,” shared the Everything is true actor.
Phil went on to tell the host that his wife is directing several episodes Ted Lasso‘s new season.
“I have an inside line on it because my wife actually directs some of the episodes,” Phil said.
“Isn’t that wonderful? Isn’t that wonderful?” he exclaimed, to which the host replied, “That’s amazing.”
The host then teased the actor, adding, “So she’s on it now, but you’re not.”
‘Yes. They didn’t think about having me back,” the Rooster star, showing that there is now a new team.
For those who are not yet familiar, the new series of Ted Lasso is expected to hit theaters in August.
