Songwriter Katy Perry is currently facing a police investigation after Ruby Rose accused her of sexual assault during her younger years, dating back to 2010.
For those unaware of the accusation Perry is currently fighting, she is accused of rubbing her genitals on Rose’s face during a dance, causing her to become ill.
As for the club owner’s testimony in this case, he claims that although he did not see the incident take place, he knows the pair had “way too much to drink.”
But that’s not all: his claim to the Melbourne Herald Sun also saw him add that the two were “so drunk that they had to be escorted by security through the emergency exit to a private car to avoid prying eyes.”
As for why they were together, he claims he asked the singer to join Rose that night, but “it was a security nightmare because there were 600 people there and Katy kept coming out and dancing with everyone and ending up in the middle of the mosh pit.”
It was later that the two spent time in the VIP area, where the incident is said to have occurred, but he didn’t see it because “they were in the Genie Bottle and having drinks and stuff, but mostly doing their own thing there.”
What he did make clear, however, was that they seemed to be on “good terms” by the time they left.
In his own words, he said, “They were drunk,” but “they weren’t paralyzed or anything, and just like any other person drinking in a nightclub. But because we were aware that they were both public figures, we didn’t want anyone taking pictures of them so drunk.”
What did Ruby Rose say in her claim?
Rose turned to Threads to make this comment, claiming: “Katy Perry sexually assaulted me at Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a —- what she thinks.”
The second update was more explicit in its explanation, saying, “She didn’t kiss me,” when a user referenced the song I Kissed A Girl and said, “She saw me ‘resting’ on my best friend’s lap to avoid her and leaned over, pulled her underwear aside and rubbed her disgusting f***** all over my face until my eyes popped open and I projectile vomited all over her.”

Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public accusations on social media against various individuals, claims that have been repeatedly denied by said individuals.”
