Kylie Jenner, the beauty mogul, has found herself at the center of shocking allegations.
The Kardashians’ former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit accusing Kylie of being a toxic boss.
An insider told Radar Online: “Kylie says this is nothing short of a crushing case from someone who will be laughed out of court.”
But she still can’t ‘completely ignore’ this, with one source noting: ‘It’s a PR nightmare. This isn’t the first time she’s been accused of being a terrible boss.”
An employee at her Kylie Cosmetics factory in Oxnard, California shared in 2021 that when the reality TV star would visit her mother, Kris Jenner, workers were warned not to “talk to them,” “take pictures or ask questions.”
A source said that while Kylie has a “bad reputation,” these accusations all over the internet “shine a light on how she operates on a day-to-day basis.”
“Everyone knows she’s a hard taskmaster, used to getting what she wants when she wants it. She wants to dig in and fight this, but a lot of people tell her it’s not worth it because if it goes to court, it will open the door for all kinds of private information to come out,” she added.
Plus, it will stay in the news cycle longer and “could encourage other ex-employees to come out of the woodwork and spill the beans about her.”
“As much as she doesn’t want to admit it,” this mess is reportedly forcing Kylie Jenner to “take a hard look at herself.”
