Patrick Mendes has said goodbye to his wife Thais Ramone after four years of marriage.
According to TMZthe 90 Day Fiancé star filed for divorce from Thais earlier this week, telling the court they are “incompatible.”
Patrick is also seeking legal and physical custody of their daughter Aleesi. The two welcomed Aleesi on November 15, 2022.
“Out of respect for all involved, we believe it is important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all the facts have been properly clarified. Domestic affairs can be highly emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy and due process for all parties involved,” the pair said in a statement.
“Our focus at this time is simply to ensure everyone is safe and supported. We appreciate the public’s understanding and ask for respect regarding their families and personal privacy during this time,” the statement concluded.
This heartbreaking news came just twelve days after Patrick paid a special tribute to the Thais on Mother’s Day.
“We love you and everything you do for our family,” he wrote on Facebook.
For those unfamiliar, Patrick and Thais tied the knot in Florida in February 2022.
