Louis Tomlinson reflects on his heartfelt post about Liam Payne

Louis Tomlinson reminisced with his late best friend Liam Payne ahead of his first anniversary.

Payne died on October 16 due to polytrauma after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Following his untimely death, Tomlinson honored his fellow One Direction bandmate with a heartfelt post on Instagram in which he expressed his feelings, saying he was “extremely devastated” to have “lost a brother,” describing Payne as “such a positive, funny and kind soul.”

He further wrote, “I feel beyond lucky to have had you in my life, but I’m really struggling with the idea of ​​saying goodbye.”

Reflecting together on their memories, the Walls singer admitted, “All the thousands of wonderful memories we had together are a luxury I thought I would have with you for life.”

During his interview in the latest podcast episode of A CEO’s dairyTomlinson revealed that he shared the emotional tribute because he “really wanted him to be remembered the way he should be remembered.”

“I could go on all day and talk about how great he was, but I think we all looked up to him,” the actor added. Two of us singer.
