Prince William will not be allowed to ride an e-scooter in his new residence, it has been revealed.
The Prince of Wales, who often crosses the other side on his mobile scooter, will no longer be able to use it now that he has moved to the Forest Lodge.
An insider revealed: “William loved traveling around the castle on his e-scooter as there was no ban. But of course he is more than happy and willing to abide by the e-scooter rules in Windsor Great Park.”
This comes as William was spotted in his car during a special episode of the Reluctant Traveler docuseries on Apple TV+.
At the time, he told presenter and actor Eugene Levy: “My father spends a lot of time here, but we don’t really live in the castle.
“We come to use the castle for work, for meetings and to see people. I am always late, so I thought this was the way to keep my meetings on time,” noted the expert.
The Prince of Wales continued: “I’m still often late anyway, Eugene. I managed to get a flat tire this morning, which is quite funny. That’s why I took to the road so slowly.”
