Just weeks after undergoing surgery for a painful shoulder injury, Channing Tatum returned to the red carpet.
At the premiere of his new film Josephine at the Berlin International Film Festival on February 20, the actor made his first appearance since revealing earlier this month that he had undergone surgery for a “separated shoulder”.
For his red carpet look, Tatum wore a sleek black pinstripe suit with a collarless jacket and wide-leg pants. The Magic Mike star posed next to his costar Gemma Chan and looked gorgeous.
This comes after Tatum informed his fans about his shoulder surgery on Instagram. Earlier in February, the actor posted photos of X-rays showing two broken bones stabilized with a metal screw.
Tatum revealed the scars, writing on social media, “It’s not over yet. It’s my fault for not asking. I thought it would be two little holes.”
I added, “Apparently not. Hehehe. Well, it doesn’t matter anyway, I like scars anyway and it feels stronger every day, so thank you doctor.”
“I also enjoy going through airport security and wondering if my shoulder is going to disable the machine,” Tatum added.
