Cindy Crawford made her fans feel out of place with her 2.5-hour morning wellness routine.
The model and actress, 60, gave a glimpse into her early morning routine via Instagram on Wednesday. The clip showed her documenting her day, starting at 6 a.m. with her Bible app, before dry brushing and using a gua sha on her face to improve circulation.
She then sits on a Bemer mat for muscle recovery, wears a Capillus red light hat and uses a red light machine on her face at 6:45 am.
At seven in the morning she drinks apple cider vinegar and walks barefoot on the grass before using her jacuzzi. Then she gets dressed for a workout, makes collagen coffee, checks emails and heads to the gym for exercises like trampolining, stretching, hanging and pilates.
However, social media users responded with a mix of admiration and humor. Some found the routine inspiring, while others pointed out the richness that came with it.
“I can’t imagine having a jacuzzi at the start of the day,” one user wrote, while another said: “If I only had money and time, I’d like to think that’s how I would do my morning routine.”
The reactions didn’t stop there; others found it nostalgic and noted Crawford’s influence since the 1990s. A few joked about the extravagance, with comments like, “Cindy, I’m too poor for this” and “There’s nothing like having money.”
